SIDJC-SB Connect 2025 — Career, Research, and JSID Dialogue

Date: December 6th, 2025 (the day after IDW’25)
Venue: ROOM 5, Yale Yale A Building, 1-5 Matsubara-cho, Minami-ku, Hiroshima
Fee: 2,000 JPY (flat rate for students and professionals)
Souvenir: Aerial display gift for all paid participants
Capacity: 120 participants

Poster presenters are requested to submit a one-page abstract after completing the registration.

Payment: Participation fees should be paid at the SID Japan Chapter booth during IDW’25.

Poster Presentation Details

We invite student poster presentations that introduce your own research theme.
Rather than summarizing a single conference paper, please focus on presenting your overall research topic to help attendees understand your broader work.

Poster size: One sheet of A3 size (smaller than usual due to venue limitations).

Presentation style: Please prepare content that allows you to explain your research in about three minutes, making it easy for many visitors to understand your work.

The SID Japan Chapter Student Branch invites students and young researchers to “SIDJC-SB Connect 2025”, a one-day networking event bringing together academia, industry, and journal editors.
The event features a career talk, student poster presentations, doctorial student talks, an introduction to the JSID review process, and an interactive networking session with JSID editors!
